Begin your fitness journey by choosing one of the three options below. Here at Ashburn CrossFit we use fitness so you may feel better, move better, fight against chronic disease, and live a healthy happy life well into your 90’s.

STEP 1


FREE Consultation with an Expert Trainer
We will get to know you, talk about what you’re trying to accomplish, and identify a path for you to be successful in the gym. We will also do a quick assessment and guide you to an appropriate program.

STEP 2


FREE Class
If you’re comfortable you’re welcome to skip Step 1 & proceed to a FREE class. Here you will get a taste for the fitness methodology that is CrossFit. During this class an expert trainer will be with you side by side the whole time.

STEP 3


Begin your Membership Now
If you’re ready, skip options 1 & 2 and purchase your membership now. This begins with THREE 1 on 1 personal training sessions (we call this “On Ramp”). Here, we teach you the foundational movements of our program. After the completion of On Ramp, you will sign up for 3-months of CrossFit (billed monthly).

I've Never Done CrossFit Before

This is the option for you. Register for a FREE class where we will guide you 1 on 1 through a class.

I've Done CrossFit for Six-Months or More

Experienced CrossFitters are welcome! Please register for a FREE class. Here, we will provide a movement assessment in addition to class to make sure it's appropriate to roll you right into classes.
