At Ashburn CrossFit, we know that you’re busy.

You need your workout schedule to work with your life. We don’t want your schedule to keep you from being fit, so we offer morning, mid-day and evening classes to accommodate your needs. We also offer weekend Open Gym hours to full time members.

Weekdays:

Mornings: 5AM and 6AM
Mid-day: 9AM (Mon, Wed, and Fri) and 12PM
Evenings: 530PM and 630PM

Weekend:

Saturday: 9AM and 10AM, and Open Gym 11-1pm
Sunday: Open Gym 10-12pm
